We’ve been with TTCU for almost three years for an auto loan. Life gets rough, and pours when it rains. We were facing some challenges and fell behind on some payments. We were being handled by Angel in litigation which lives up to her name. She was always graceful with us, worked with us, and was a complete Angel. We were always grateful for her understanding and was atleast willing to communicate with us. We continued to make payments to try and catch up. Recently, our “case” was moved over to another associate who wasn’t always helpful. Long story short, vehicle was repossessed, and they wanted the full loan amount ($18,000) in order to release instead of making a payment to bring it up to date. Struggling to make almost a $500 payment due to unforeseen circumstances that happened, who has $18,000 to pay off a vehicle? I told them they could keep it- it IS there vehicle after all. Just so disappointed with how things were handled. Also, THANK YOU for picking the WORST repo company out there. Their stars are just as bad as your company’s with similar reviews about scams. With a baby due this weekend, I have no car seat, no vehicle, no money because whatever I DID work I paid to you to try and catch up. But who cares, right? We’re just consumers. Rhetorically-it’s our responsibility with a loss of humanity in people. Angel, I hope you see this because I THANK YOU for your kindness. If anything, your service has been the only thing valuable I took from TTCU.

Some how I have been being charge for someone else's gym membership for over a year. When I pointed it out to them they noticed it was even under a different name. Their answer was they could pay me back for 90 days of it. Not the whole thing. Even though they authorized a deduction from an account without the name being correct.

A bank should not hold a government direct deposit tax refund check for three business days. Thinking about going back to other bank and close this account that we thought would be better

This Bank is a rip off a scam. I got a loan to buy a truck . It got totaled gap insurance was supposed to cover the remaining balance but they did after my insurance paid the cost of the pickup and even though I paid the loan back they still made me pay interest 3 years interest is what they made me give them I am hiring an attorney and going to sue them . Enough is enough.

This so-called “credit union” operates more like a legal scam. I’m currently entering active litigation against them, so I can’t reveal everything yet—but know this: TTCU has no problem giving false statements, violating FCRA and repossession laws, and misleading consumers. I personally caught them lying multiple times, and discovered they cashed in on an insurance policy through Allied Solutions to cover my auto loan—then turned around and still tried to collect the full balance from me. That’s fraud, plain and simple. Employees here seem completely fine crossing legal lines, and I have the documentation to prove it. I’ve read many similar horror stories online, so I know I’m not alone. If you value your credit, your sanity, or your legal rights—run from this place. I wouldn’t just be embarrassed to bank here… I’d be ashamed to work here. TTCU is under serious scrutiny, and for good reason.
