This is the worst financial institution ever invented. If I could give zero stars, I would. I have encountered nothing but trash systems and trash employees since getting my car loan through them 3 years ago (feels like 10 years with the way they operate things). You better not need to contact them over the phone for anything. Especially after hours. There is no 24/7 service. If you want to talk to a live person, you better just drive to your closest branch because if by some miracle you do get ahold of a live person its a third party representative that cannot do anything for you (except ask you for your personal info, which is super concerning btw) so then they will transfer you again where your call will be dropped. Oh and dont expect to make any online or app related payments unless they are your main bank because transfers are impossible to set up with outside institutions. Just today I tried to call and get my monthly payment processed over the phone(so so so simple of a thing to do) and the first call was dropped as mentioned above and the second time when I did get ahold of someone and they tried transferring me I told them to wait because last time I was dropped and Christina said in a bored tone "I cant process anything for you sir let me transfer you blah blah blah". Usless credit union. I will be warning everyone from here on out NOT to do business here.

I have refrained for a long time making this post. The rebranding was worthless. You took a company with a history dating to 1943 and obliterated it. I asked my millenial daughter what she thought of it and she said it was dumb. When I speak to others in finance they constantly call it West Street. If you wanted to go from an identifiable financial institution with a long history to something not even readily identifiable as a banking institution, well done! On another note, the entire Southwest segment of the county has no physical presence. I loved it when we got the Riverside location. Then the Jenks location, as that is two miles from me. They closed both. Now I either have to go to Sapulpa.....which I go for nothing else, or I have to go to 71st and Yale or far south Memorial. Do better. I have been a member for over 30 years, but not much longer.

No phone access to the open branch on Saturdays. This credit union used to be good when it was Tulsa Federal Employees Credit Union but it had gone downhill ever since becoming WeStreet. We will be canceling our accounts (40+ year customer)

One star. They charge monthly fees on checking accounts and don't warn in advance. I got an 8.00 fee for the first time and did not receive a letter or anything! I immediately told them to close my checking account. If I could close all the accounts I would but can't because I have a credit card with them and don't want to close it right now. I will close all my accounts with them next year once I get another credit card. Horrible credit union.

I am a former employee and kept my accounts open at Tulsa Federal Credit Union aka We Street because I have auto debits for insurance set up to come out of my account(s) there. As of December 2025, I am now being charged $8.00 on each account to have an account at We Street. I called in and spoke with someone named Nicki and explained my situation and was told "You were notified in November about the change via mail". I explained that I will probably close my account(s) since there is no longer a free account at We Street and Nicki told me, without hesitation, "I can help you with that." No apology or attempt and making anything right or even trying to figure something else out. I'm sure Greg, the President of We Street, would not be happy to hear that his employees do not care about members leaving We Street. I have had accounts at We Street for just under 10 years, never had a service fee, EVER, until December 2025. Not a happy member .... soon to be EX Member!
