On Friday, March 6, 2026, Crystal Cleveland at the Financial Center in Corvallis helped me with questions about deposits and and related matters. As with all my experiences at this branch, Crystal answered all my questions and helped me understand all aspects of the issues I was concerned about. She is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and made me feel like a valued member of the credit union.

I absolutely love this bank. Been a member for over 30yrs. Got my 2 boys accts as soon as they were born and now got my grandson an acct too. The honesty, integrity, friendliness, and true interest in me is unsurpassed. I've recommended them to so many people. They were tired of the BIG institutions and all the fees. When I told them what I had , they couldn't believe such a great place existed. Also their Fraud Alert is amazing. Saved me so many times and you can go right in and get a new debit card immediately with no fee. So everyone who reads this please go out and open an account today, you will be amazed at the difference.......(Ok was that enough praising? When do I get my $1,000?) 😛

I wish more people understood the importance of credit unions and supported them over banks. My parents have used OSCU for decades. The branches are pleasant environmentsm which even offer the consideration of restrooms (which I've never seen at any bank, ever). We've had continuously excellent customer service, in person at the branches closer to us in Portland now. But we also get GREAT service from the Corvallis branches by phone. I'm really sorry that I forgot to get the name of one guy that helped me a lot, or even the branch. But I do remember the next one was named Mac, so I hope this gets back to him.

I used to think that this credit union was a great place to do my banking needs and such. Their customer service used to be great. I have been a customer of theirs for years. I even went back after I closed my account many years later. They used to be real quick and most helpful, not anymore. I have had the worst time getting personal loans lately. I used to get personal loans from them the same day, in fact in a couple hours. Not no more. I would advise against getting involved with this financial institution. If you like long waits and not getting what you need done on time. I would recommend this place. I will be closing my account here soon again and going to first credit union where I know people who bank through them and have had no problems.

Amazing customer service every time I've been in. I'm trans, and haven't legally changed my name yet, but the people who help me see my preferred name in the system and use it right every time. It's the best bank/CU I've used. I'm sad to be moving out of state, but I hope the next CU I join is as pleasant as these folks. Shout out to Ty for being especially friendly!
