You walk in they greet you by your name not like other banks that they just look at you when you walk in. And there customer Service is amazing they all have great attitudes and they all know how to answer your questions and if they can't they will get some there to answer your questions. I have had many other banks and credit unions and OCCU in Keizer has been the best ,I highly recommend it to anybody you will be happy. If you have an issue they take it very seriously , they will take care of your issue.

This is an all in one financial institution! Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. They have video tellers at the atm machines inside. If you lost your debit card you can use your ID for verifying it's you. Really fancy. Super stoked I opened an account.

Horrible customer service, we moved sent proof of insurance with our new address and now have been charged 8 times for $5.00 ea as a Bad Address Fee. On auto pay for the last 5 + years and no late payments. Credit Score just hovering at 800 UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

This is the worst company to ever deal with I have a car loan. With these people and I have never had such a hard time to talk to a representative from this branch or even bye phone about my account and I have the online banking I was supposed to sign up on years ago and it is also the same as the branch to log in or even talk ro someone about my account this is it I will never ever get a loan or even think about opening another account or loan from this OCCU AGAIN BY FAR VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE THE APP AND TO EVEN TALK TO A LIVE PERSON IS BEYOND REACH U MAYBE BETTER OFF WINNING THE LOTTERY BEFORE REACHING SOME ONE TO TALK TO ABOUT MY ACCOUNTS

I absolutely love OCCU. Their costumer service is typically unparalleled. However, this visit (12/12/24) at 3:10pm was terrible. One person who seemed to be the manager rudely asked a customer to remove their hat. Of course, it’s a reasonable request for hats to not be worn inside and there is a poster alerting customers of the expectation. However, the tone of voice used was not welcoming or kind. The older woman wearing the hat had a soft gentle demeanor. Regardless, of how she looked she should have been spoken to kindly and with respect. This wasn’t the way not issue. The clerk assisting me lacked eye contact and kindness. She seemed impatient and rude during our interaction. No pleasantries such as hello, how are you? how may I help you? etc. I was working to get my id out and she abruptly asked for my phone number, again, without eye contact. I’m not sure why she didn’t ask for my account number, but my main issue was that she didn’t even look at me when asking. It seemed abrasive and was bothersome. While handing her my check to have it deposited I mentioned I wanted a cashiers check. As she took my check she asked if I was only depositing the check. Still no eye contact. I explained what I wanted to do again, but since she still wasn’t engaging by looking at me I decided to take my check back and go to take my business elsewhere, because I didn’t want to interact with her any longer. Everyone at this particular location seemed grumpy and distant. It wasn’t warm and welcoming like many other locations. I am feeling disappointed. I will not be back to the Keizer location.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
