Banked with them about 8 years ago until i moved out of state. They decided to send a secured credit card account I paid off before closing all accounts to my credit, so no longer can ever bank with them again until i pay them money I already paid. in addition, since i moved back to Eugene, their ATMs are some of the only ones i can use to deposit to my ICCU account in Idaho so I can pay my loan. However, their ATMs are constantly down, buggy, and asIstand here at the ATM depositing $310 in cash it crashed and renooted thecomputer running it. I've never seen a more incompetent credit union in my life.

I just wanted to leave an excellent review for OCCU. Every time I call everyone is so nice to me in my experience even if I have to wait five or 10 minutes online is so worth it. Thank you to all the people that I’ve spoken to in regards to my loan. And a big thank you tell the supervisors who have always been so kind When helping me❣️. The representative I spoke to this morning was absolutely amazing and had the most beautiful disposition. I wish I had her name so that she could be given some Pluto point points for being so fabulous.🩷

I wouldn't recommend this bank to my enemies. Just another low effort, uncaring bank that tells you they care. I'm closing my checking and savings accounts and taking my business elsewhere. Your customer service departments can be thanked for losing a 4 year customer

Unbelievable! I was angry at them before but now I'm furious. I paid off a car loan of $5,000 on the 11th and 12th of February but they didn't acknowledge the second pay off until 8 days later. This was a bank transfer! These people are crooks!

Trying to get a pin number for our ATM card. We called 4 different numbers, were transferred 3 times and still had no one who could give us a PIN number. Our card has no CVV number so the automated phone number is no help. The last call I made, the woman who answered couldn't find our account. Every branch has the same 800 number, so there is no help that was given, just a lot of apologies and another phone number that was no help. Absolutely the the worst service I have been given in 48 years of dealing with banks. I am tempted to just pull my savings and go elsewhere.
