I opened an account with Pacific Cascade and got a loan. I paid off the loan over a 4 year period. PC explained to me that I had to have some money in the account in order for it to be active. Once the loan was paid off, I got an account summary in the mail with my account money zeroed out. I called PC to ask about it. They told me that the account was closed 4 days ago because it didn't have enough money in it. PC never contacted me to explain anything, just took my money and closed my account. I still have nothing in writing that says my account was closed. They said maybe, if I gave them a lot more money, they could do something about the account. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I have been with PCCU for 21 years and they have always given me great service in all their branches. I refinanced my home with them, had them wire money, financed a car and changed one of my accounts to a Trust. And I appreciate that they are in an ATM Co-op, so I can use other credit unions ATMs. They are always very good to me.

Horrible customer service!!! I try to pay multiple months at a time on my loan and it never seems to be applied the way they tell me it will be, so then I get hit with extra fees. Now they charge fees to make the payment and they would only let me make one month’s payment when i actually needed to make 2 since the last payment was not applied correctly. So i had to pay the payment fee twice, its only $4 each time, but its the principle of the matter.

Been banking with them for a few years. Always friendly, kind and helpful and my kids love when we have to go to the bank on Friday.. COOKIES! :) We live near the Division location and are able to use SELCOs ATM. I love how close to home they are and know us personally. They are patient when I bring my wild, rowdy boys We have been very happy with our experience and do not have any plans of switching banks. I have three banks I have to work with for various things and would really prefer to work with just this one. They are by far the best. May not have the best ATMs or locations but the service is beyond all those with the fancy "bookcovers". Thank you for providing such great service.

I enjoy banking with PCFCU. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because of weekend banking. It doesn't exist, so if you need to see why your card or check isn't clearing, you're out of luck till Monday. Other than that, the customer service is better than any bank I've been with (4 total) and they make the time to really work you through any problem or issue you might have.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
