My opinion of this establishment could not possibly get any lower. Not all but some of the employees very immature and not at all trustworthy! They know who they are. Very unprofessional. It's a sad situation when the employees can gang up like a pack of dogs ( if it fits- wear it) And get 1 person fired. If it was up to me I'd clean house from the manager right on down.

I find everyone there very helpful, and they bend over back wards to help you. I'm glad i transferred from chase bank to Old West Federal. They put a smile on my wifes face and mine also!

Blocks your card even when you tell them not to and hey you want to buy something online? Not with this bank!!! They blocked me buying a PS5 and they just said “oops”. Sorry. The IQ of the people doesn’t exist.

Took over a month to get a response on a loan we had requested & every time we reached out we were either ignored or given the run around. Not very professional.
