A friend recommended Pacific Crest (Sage) to me. They were able to help me with a Loan and a new Credit Card with a much better rate. I worked with Jaydon and he was super helpful. He went above and beyond to look at my finances and make suggestions that would improve my situation (not just move more banking to them). I love working with local people/businesses that offer great products and customer service. Thanks

Lauren was very thorough in explaining the process with us. She was knowledgeable in the areas of credit card transfers as well Refinancing vehicles. She worked very quickly to finish 3 transactions with it family, ask while being very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Ava look forward to working with her again in the future.

One would think Brittney at the location near home Depot would be a lil more welcoming and friendly when I come in to deposit thousands of dollars.. it started off with "come over here" as I was next in line, instead of respectfully saying" I can help you over here sir" or something a little less demanding. I deposited my check, she gave me a receipt and and that was it!!! There was no, thank you? Have a nice day? Or even a simple smile?? This was my second time in as a new customer and am not impressed.

I have been with Pacific Crest Credit Union—now Sage Credit Union—for 17 years (I’m now 35) and have never had a single problem. This is why this will always be my bank. Over the years, I’ve had loans, car loans, personal loans, and even credit transaction errors, all of which they have handled and resolved without issue. Lauren is your go-to—she truly makes things happen. The entire crew goes above and beyond to meet your expectations.

Outstanding service with Karla at Sage Credit Union! Karla at Sage CU was absolutely amazing to work with! She was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. The car loan refinance process was smooth and efficient, and I highly recommend working with Karla if you're looking for excellent service.
