Need to better your appointment process. Had to wait in line 15 min to ‘check in’ for appointment.. You need a way to be able to check in for appointments with your phone.

Every branch i have been tobinhave experienced extreme racism due to the fact i am white. If there is a hispanic employee theyvare as rude as can be. Unwilling to help and then my hispanic son in law goes in and guess what they suddenly have time to help. Very unprofessional that Rogue would allow this from employees. I have lived here my entire life and remeber when Rogue was just a tiny little bank on Stewart. Now theyvare so big they do not care about customer service, diversity or the people they serve. Very sad.

Avoid this institution at all costs. We purchased a vehicle with a lien held by them, and every step of the process was unnecessarily difficult. We could never speak with the same representative twice, and each person gave us different information. We had to negotiate the purchase price not only with the seller but also with the credit union. After months of conflicting details, we finally sent the payment—only for them to issue the title to someone else. Absolutely unbelievable experience. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else.

Think twice about conducting business with this crew of inattentive and inexperienced folks. Trying to extract a simple answer from them to a simple question is worse than getting a root canal Maybe its too much growth too fast or the big merger, or overpaid and apathetic management, or all of the sbove, but RCU is no longer the friendly, local bank it once was
