They don't anwer the phone as part of standard practice. I'm not sure in what reality that is acceptable for a banking institution. Everytime I have ever had the need to call and speak to someone I have had to "leave a message". If somebody calls you back, the service typical. That's about all I can say.

I love doing my banking here. The staff is very polite and helpful. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are not open at all on Saturdays. I usually get paid friday and work until 6pm which means I have to wait until Monday to cash my check. They also don't offer atm deposit.

Most banks just think of you as a number or as profit. This one actually helps you succeed in your goals and works with you. The people in the office are very friendly. The rates they offer are great. You just gotta love small credit unions.

I love this bank! Super nice people and very helpful when you are in a bad financial situation. Plus I just love Lee. She aways have a smile on her face, super sweet to my family and has an incredible heart!

If you have options DO NOT bank here. They DO NOT care about the people. I unfortunately banked here for 15 years and they screwed me so bad… 0 loyalty with no remorse. It’s gotten so bad there over the years.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
