I’ve been with Oreginians from the beginning. Mid 90’s I believe is when the merger took place. But I go back to the mid 80’s when they were oregon Central. I’m still here even though I’m retired in Arizona. Oregonians is an excellent credit Union for the following reasons: 1. Customer service is world Class - They actually still take phone calls! 2. Security - Oregonians has adapted to the digital world quite well, and I’ve never had any bad stuff happen over the years even with all the changes. 3. Platform - easy to navigate - works perfectly. - Not complicated. Not clunky 4. Product options - Everything I need is right here. 5. Fees - Minimal if any.

Emily P has gone above and beyond to get the title to my car which should have been provided by the dealer. Her communication has been amazing and I don’t even have to contact her because she keeps me in the loop. We are thankful she was willing to stay with this frustrating situation. She is an asset to your company that you definitely want to protect. Thank you Emily P.

Sorry I can’t remember the sweet lady’s name but she was wonderful, kind, helpful, polite and patient. My son set up a payment to be taken from my checking account and sending a check to my senior estates for a monthly HOA payment. It was unclear whether payment had begun this month as set up and indeed it was. I’m just waiting for the office to receive and cash the check before it appears on my account. I’ve been with Oregonians Credit Union for many years. They have always gone the extra mile. Thank you!

Ashlyn is always amazing. They all are. I have had a lot of issues with the mail & my work. They have been so helpful & friendly through this whole process. Best Credit union around, hands down! I will not go anywhere else just because of the service alone.
