I drove from Albany to find out what my Mom had left in her account after passing in January. My older Sister was on this account when my Mom passed. My Sister wanted me to be on it with her in case something happened to her, but she had never disclosed what was in the account. Upon calling a week ago, I was led to believe that thousands were gone, with minimal funds left, and it seems that my Sister had much more pull, being first on the account, as far as info, So I drove down to get a few statements printed out. Carmela was wonderful, but the blonde lady there was horrible and rude. Would not help me understand how your statements read. If she would of just told me that funds had been transferred to the savings account, I would not of panicked about what my sister had done with the money, nor would I of did this behind my Sister's Back. As anyone knows, parents pass away one time, and the financial institution where your parents entrusted their life savings should help their children understand better.

Called wanting to see if this location was the same as ILWU Credit Union since online said so. The Teller was not very kind so I asked to speak the the manager. I was connected to Julie to inform her how I was treated by her teller. Instead of letting me explain what happen, she jumped to conclusions thinking I was wanting to speak to her about my account which I know she wouldn’t be able to help me with since the credit unions are not connected, interrupted me saying we can’t help you, we’re not connect. I told her that’s not what I was wanting to talk to her about and that I wanted to speak to her about her teller and how she treated me. She said she was busy and didn’t have time and then hung up. I’m so surprised that a financial institute would treat anyone this way.
