You'll wait forever in line because they have one person working ever, just to be told the card printer is broken. Then they'll tell you to drive 20 minutes just to see if that one is working... This bank chain has gone to hell since the "Embold" rebrand. What a stupid choice just to make more money. Thanks for throwing your clients under the bus.

I came in because I had received 2 fraudulent emails and a text from 3 different sources threatening to take money. One I quickly identified as scam but not the other 2. First I encountered Louis at the desk. He was sharply dresses and polite but he was too inexperienced. I felt like i was talking to a distant call center. I did not feel confident that I was being helped. I asked for a new card and new pin. When the card was printed, I was approached by Emily. I explained my predicament to her. She took me to a desk and she looked over my accounts. She looked closely at my emails and texts Gave me a much more informative approach on how to monitor and report. She offered me very useful tips. She was clear, concise, informative, and professional. After a 5 min discussion I left feeling like I was going to be ok. Emily was very professional, helpful, and friendly.

They were great when they were Clackamas Federal. But now they have changed for the worse. I don't mind them getting rid of the tellers, and having less personal service, but now they no longer provide digital copies of cashed checks on their website. I used to be able to see deposited check copies & now they want to charge me $5 to send me a copy of deposited checks. I'll be looking for a new bank.

I, like others who have commented, have been with them for several decades. In those years the service was wonderful. I always went through the drive through or went in to do my banking and they were always helpful and pleasant. I too tried to go with the flow, but Now when I have to stop there I immediately am agitated knowing that it will be a tedious endeavor. You HAVE to do your banking with the ATM machine. For any little transfer or inquiry you have to repeatedly enter your PIN. If you want any money over $500 you have to then ring the video teller. If you want lower denominations like $1s or $10s then once you are done with the damn ATM machine you have to stand around and wait for one of the ‘agents’, that are hiding in their cubes, to see you and acknowledge that you are there. Then they have to go into the back vault to get the bills you want. There is only 1 person at the podium to help anyone so if there are more than 1 person you have to wait. I am moving to OnPoint!

For 20 years I've lived and banked at local institutions all over the country. Embold (formerly Clackamas Federal Credit Union) is far and away the worst, most incompetent and incapable bank. They've misplaced $5,000 deposits, forgot to ad my wife's name to a loan, rarely have a working ATM, failed to tell me that my debit card randomly was reported stolen--the list is endless. They're laughably bad at the most basic functions of a bank. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
