I've been banking with CCCU for over 12 years and I can't say enough good things about this bank. They have the most friendly, helpful and caring staff of any bank I've ever had an account at. They really care about their customers and it shows. I've never had a bad experience, whether in person or on the phone. I recently opened an estate account for my father who passed away and they made the process easy and made sure I had everything I needed. Thank you so much to each and every member of the staff. I wish there was a 6th star because you all have earned it!

I have been a member of Consolidated Community Credit Union on NE Sandy, for years. They are exceptional in every way. There is the warmth and neighborliness of being a smaller banking institution, combined with exceptional skill and customer service. The manager of the Sandy branch, James, as well as other staff such as Cambyria & the dear folks like Alberta & Mimi who answer calls have gone so far above and beyond in their compassion and expertise over the years. They conduct business with a deep sense of caring. I highly recommend CCCU!!

I've been a loyal customer of CCCU since I arrived to Portland in 2018, they offer a very great service and their team treats you very well. I just asked for a car loan and Maddie Hyndman was amazing to work with. We were on a tight timeline and she expedite the process so we can make our dreams true. I will continue to be a loyal customer for a long time!

I can't express enough how helpful and thankful I am for Angela Hiestand (loan officer) at CCCU. She has helped me now with a couple of my car loans and it has always been such a pleasant experience. This last time I had been pushed around by a car dealership, and she took things into her own hands to ensure I was getting the best deal and that I understood everything. She literally turned a bad experience into a positive one for me. She ensured I got the best deal, walked me through the process and was extremely patient with me knowing what this car dealership was doing to me.
