Unfortunately my original review is no longer accurate. I started approx 5 yrs ago with them & it has gotten increasingly worse. A few things to consider if looking to come here... 1- Customer service is decent off you go in but terrible to try to get ahold of by phone. They never answer & NEVER call you back like stated. 2- If you open a credit card with them (Visa) you do not deal with them. They send it out to a third party therefore you cannot get help with disputes, lost or stolen or anything for that matter. It is some out of the country customer service rep that is also not helpful. 3- ATM fees are outrageous! You are charged everywhere and got everything. Excessively so! I liked them at first but wasn't familiar with them yet. It sucks my union goes thru here because it will be a hassle to leave. They really have went downhill. It's unfortunate but facts!

For having a specialty membership group they are extremely difficult to work with. Most electricians have stated if they weren't forced to have an account for their vacation funds with this credit union they would never do business with them. I'm running into difficulties with them in refinancing existing auto loans. They are slow, won't answer my questions directly and I'm getting the runaround. Disappointing when the loans were very easy to get from multiple other credit unions. This is why in 20 years have never done business with them other than taking the money out that I'm forced to put in. They've even canceled my debit card because they told me I didn't use it often enough and then questioned if I was going to use it when I wanted a new debit card reinstated. Who does that?

been a lifelong member. they just tried to charge me $30 for a replacement debit card that is damaged because its 'not expired yet'. the thing is ancient and doesnt even do tap to pay. they make you swipe it to get in the door of the place and its too outdated to even work for that feature. ridiculous. This level of cheapness is mind boggling. i will open an account elsewhere.

My debit card is deactivated by the fraud department often to the point of annoying whilst paying normal bills. They are closed on the weekends and their entire phone automated service line is faulty, less than adequate, and convoluted. I have been a member for 29 years and they need to update their website or have better 24 hour customer service options. Very inconvenient.

There is no need to deposit 4% of my paycheck to this institution other than to make me pay fees to get MY money. If I want to avoid the fees I have to drive 45 minutes to get the money that should have never been withheld from my paycheck in the first place. Just give me my 4% and close this cut rate bank down!!!
