Figured I would give them a try as my PTO is already setup through them and because they are small, I wanted to support the business. However, I deposited two checks from Canada. The one that was a smaller amount cleared instantly. The second one has still not cleared and it has been over 6 months. The only explanation from Kim at the branch in Tukwila, was that the Payor was unable to be reached. I contacted the Payor in an attempt to connect Kim with the Payor so that they can figure out what needs to be done so the check can clear. This was back in May and there is still no resolution to this matter. I stopped in the branch today to close my checking account and I asked Kim where the check is. She stated that it has not been returned by the 3rd party. Who is the 3rd party? In addition to this issue, I lost my debit card. They sent me two replacements to an old address. My current address is in their system, I receive other mail from them. Overall service was bad for me, and they are not open on the weekends or have a customer service center for any issues that happen after business hours.

These are some of the best people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. By work with, I mean, they did all the work and I got all the benefit. Elaine is beyond helpful throughout the whole loan process and beyond. Upon finalizing my RV loan she also noticed my truck and Harley finance agencies were charging me ridiculous APR and made the transfer process painless handling the Financial institution instructions and even had to go to war with the county courthouse on my behalf, (there was alot of paperwork she had sent to them dummy proof to ease the process for them to ultimately) i cannot think of a better individual to recommend to anyone lucky enough to have the privilege of going to her. 5 stars???? I'd give them 10 if I could! Tom Mickelson Local 512 Ironworkers
