Been going here since 1993. I have seen a name change and a few different faces in all the years I have been a credit union member here. One thing that hasn't changed expectational customer service. I have had 4 car loans and several personal loans. I highly recommend this Amazing, outstanding, customer focused yet with a specialized touch of treating you like a family member approach.

I've worked with NW Adventist FCU for 2 major loans and they have been nothing short of exceptional. I would highly recommend them. They are very good about being available or getting back to you the same day. Staff are kind and helpful too.

Honestly one of the best banks and credit unions around ! My entire family been with them 20+ years and I’ve been here for about 15 years and they’ve treated me amazing from the start! They work with you and help you out as much as they possibly can I love all the workers here new and old and over the years they’re amazing and have helped me so much lately to get a credit card and a car loan at the best rates! I love it here I’m always going to be banking with them forever
