Have been a long-time member and don’t bank anywhere else. Rare to find an account that only requires a $5 deposit to open. Love the no fee checking account. Have loved promotional products such as their EZ Cash loan they put on every year. Have opened two Lenny Accounts for my kids and especially enjoy the perk events such as the Santa party. Surely beats the mall Santa experience! Also check out their Certificate rates. I’ve been able to catch some great promotions as well for my kiddos savings accounts. Highly recommend for a family looking for diversity of loans and savings accounts without the random fees.

This credit union as a whole is terrible. The customer service is bad, they do NOT care about their members. Everyone there is super judgmental and lord forbid you go through a hard time financially because the people that work there not empathetic at all. If you have a life event that gives you challenges or makes you fall behind on bills/payments, they will harass you. Also, if you have credit challenges or had a past of late payments, they will not take a chance on you. The way they talk to their members comes off as stuck up and very opinionated. They never sound happy to speak to you. Please bank somewhere else, this institution can careless about you.

I don’t know what has changed in the last two years but they no longer care about their customers. When I closed my account there they told me all charges were complete and that I wouldn’t be able to close it without doing so. I told them the amount was incorrect due to the previous charges. They were adamant about the amount and the manger also confirmed the amount giving me more money than what was actually there. Three weeks later, they pulled 161$ from my family members account without permission or notifying the person from their account because there was money owed on my account even though again they were adamant about the amount they gave me and that i didn’t owe anything. They never contacted the person that they did that, only sent a letter 3 week later after they already did that. What happened to just being courteous. Extremely unprofessional and the manger will still not call me back after three days.

Whoever is managing this credit Union is doing a poor job! Staff poorly trained and rude. No interest in doing what's best for the customer. Long wait lines, even when nobody's there. Seems like they still do everything on a typewriter and have no interest in doing what's best for their employees and customers. Bye-by e!

I came into a bind with college expenses and NW Priority Credit Union was able to get me a line of credit the same day. Quick, friendly, small town service is hard to come by in Portland. Over the last year I have seen the employees coming outside to sign documents, pushing cars through the snow and literally putting out fires. Wouldn't want an account anywhere else.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
