I love PNWFCU and the people who work there! I was dealing with a delay after both of my cards stopped working at the same time, and Ketra was amazing. She got new cards ordered right away and even set me up with a digital card in the meantime which I thought was the coolest thing and a total lifesaver. I truly appreciate everyone’s hard work and great service. Keep it up! 💙

I called PNWFCU to activate my account for my purchase of a new GMC Truck. Jenny was extrodinary! I thought I was a customer service driven person in the finance industry, but she is an expert! Solved my problems effortlessly! Promote her into management if she isn't already a manager!!!

Megan helped me with a personal and auto loan that was extremely fast, simple, and really helped pull me out of a bad debt situation. She was awesome to work with and her communication by phone, text, and e-mail was detailed with very quick turnaround. I highly recommend PNWFCU to anyone who is looking for loan support, these guys are very personable and will work to get you the best deal they can. Great company with hard working staff!

I’ve been a member of this credit union for over ten years, and I walked in excited to open my first business account. Instead, I was rudely refused service and told to “just do it online.” I was then informed that if I wanted to meet with someone in person, there wouldn’t be anyone available for over a week. Why even maintain a brick-and-mortar location if you’re going to treat walk-ins like an inconvenience? The website is confusing, and it’s not clear where to go to open the correct type of account. At this point, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere—and closing my personal accounts as well. You make your living off the hard-earned money of your members, and yet treat us like criminals when we simply ask for help. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s unacceptable.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
