I have been a longtime member of Sunset credit Union, since I was a mere 9 years old. They have helped me climb from the clutches of debt, fight off predatory accounts, achieve financial stability and consolidate debt, work to own my car and much more. I have dealt with more than one person and they are all amazing, caring and supportive. I love you guys and hope this brings many more members. Thank you for all you do and please know my mom and I are so grateful. -Carolyne

When was the last time you called your bank and they knew who you were? I have been a member of Sunset Credit Union since 1980 and the customer service and kindness still continues. With the world going so fast and all of us just becoming a number , it’s nice to have actual people you can get ahold of and talk to , to solve issues or help in any way. My favorite upgrade has been remote deposits !! What a brilliant addition to an already great place. I highly recommend ! Thank you Sunset Credit union for doing what you do so brilliantly !

I have been with SSPFCU since 1980. Oh my gosh, best decision I have ever made. Never once in all those years did I ever encounter an unkind person, or something they could not help me with. After all these years you folks are still the best!

Out of all the credit unions and banks I've banked with over the years, Sunset Credit Union is by far the best, and especially this branch in particular (in my opinion). The interior has the warmest, coziest vibes. It has a very welcoming feeling about it, and all the employees are super-duper kind, friendly, and helpful. One time, I woke up late, and had to race to work to grab my paycheck and then make it to Sunset C.U. before it closed at 5:30pm in order to deposit the check. I won't explain the details, but I was in a situation where I really needed the money THAT DAY, and if I didn't deposit the check that day, it would be a few more days until I could. Anyways, I arrived at 5:30 or 5:31, in a rushed panic. The doors were still unlocked, so I briskly I walked in and began to explain my dire situation. The employee working at the time (sadly I dont know her name) was totally relaxed and cool about the whole thing. She didn't seem at all like she was in a rush to close up, and she wasn't frustrated that I was there at the very last minute. She just calmly assisted me in a friendly and professional manner. Literally ALL the employee's are like this, though I usually find myself being assisted by Carrie. She's pure awesome. She's remembered my name since the first time I visited this branch. Every time I swing by to deposit a check or something, she's there to help. We have the best conversations while she quickly handles business, and I find myself lingering just to continue chatting with her after my check is deposited. Cheers me up every time. Anyways, I almost never write online reviews for places, but I almost felt an obligation to say something positive about this credit union because I always walk away with a smile on my face. It's quick, professional, and has good vibes the second you walk in! Keep it up!

I have been a member with SSPFCU for as long as I can remember. Almost everyone in my extended family has an account at this credit union. My dad has also done the landscape maintenance for them for at least two decades. Because of this, I feel like I am part of a family at SSPFCU. I usually see Trish when I come in person and she has always been so helpful and quick to get me set up with auto loans, personal lines of credit and potential refinances of vehicles. The customer service is always amazing and I have zero complaints in regards to the services provided. Thank you for decades of excellent service!
