I went in the credit union this morning and the line was so long I left and I came back about 2 in the afternoon and the line was just as long. It seemed people ahead of me had complicated problems: their card didn't work, they wanted to cash a check, and I can't remember what 1 lady had going on but she was there for a good 15 or 20 minutes. One of the workers did say that 2 people had called in but at 1 point the line went clear to the front door and the little seating area for people waiting to see a banker was full. 1 person in line said it felt like dmv. Tellers need the skill of ending a chit-chat session politely. One teller had someone looking over her shoulder so perhaps she was new. I offered to grab a chair out of one of the cubicles for a man standing in line with a cane.

I have been banking with InRoads for years and want to personally thank Kouriye for all of her help with my family’s banking and loan needs, she has gone above and beyond on several occasions and has made it very easy for us with how busy our schedules are! Thank you so much!!!

I've been with St. Helens Credit Union, now Inroads for 47 years. Ever since the name change, acquiring needed help with my accounts is difficult. I was told by an employee to report fraudulent charges through thier phone number. This is the only option to report and request a refund. The first time I called I held for over three and a hours before I had to hang up. I have tried two more times since then. 15 minutes before I had to hang up, and now at 6 am, I have been on hold for an hour and counting. If you want service, look elsewhere.

This Credit union advertises that there Universal all over the United States. I'm so upset they decline my card when I have travel alerts constantly. I travel for work in the country and outside of it. My reservations today were almost canceled because of the constant denied charge. Tons of time on fraud alert, travel notifications and lots of my time. I would not recommend this bank unless you live in Oregon only. They are not convenient and cause lots of stress when traveling. Very disappointed!!
