Excellent Credit Union. Excellent staff. Always eager to help and take care of any situation. We had fraud happen to us via good ole social media and a separate online fraudulent experience and they were fast and efficient. Took care of the problem immediately. Have gotten loans that were smooth and simple and great rates. My adult children also have had excellent service with their accounts and car and business loans as well. I highly recommend this bank! I do wish they were open on Saturdays though :-)

I've been a member here for about 12 years, and they've always been great to me. Every year I go to a festival I California, and the festival often has instances of card theft or fraud charges due to how they run it and the last few years, their pos services have made this weird mistake where someone's card would pickup the transactions in the nearby area, meaning I ended up getting charged the exact same amount like 8 times at once while there. The fraud department has been able to get the duplicate charges reversed each time and has been so helpful and kind about it. They have helped my parents and I open inheritance accounts for my kids when other banks made it difficult, and have always been on the ball about contacting me when there's something wrong or suspicious with my account. The interest rate on my Credit line is better than any other bank despite me have a low/average credit score, and they're (almost) always really patient and polite with customer service.

This credit union has drastically gone down hill over the years. Serious lack of customer service and follow through. When you go in, it feels like you're bothering them. Common sense underwriting for lending products is also gone. You used to be able to chat with the lending team but now you're just a number to them. Even sent them a message through their own online app and they never responded. Been a member for years but don't think we will be staying much longer.

Reported a $3000 fraud, they closed my account, then they tried to make me responsible for a fraud purchase & deposits. Supposedly get fraud protection. Guess they lied about that too. Never had this issue when it was Oregon employees credit union. They absolutely refused to work with me, blamed me for the fraud that occured. Worst bank ever. Refused to resolve then sent it to collections. Closing my account caused me to lose income. And of course i'll never see that. And likely still be blamed for the fraud. The fraud dept people were absolutely rude, wouldnt let me talk, she talked over me. Forced to get a boom account, an account i needed for work. Only ever got one phone call back, still met with the rudeness. And was never told that my account was going to be closed nothing.
