This Credit Union was absolutely the most amazing bank. Rhonda, Patty are absolutely wonderful business women and have helped me a great deal. My first bad experience was with a debit card fraud, had to cancel my card and it took a couple of weeks to get my card. I had no other means of getting gas, food or pay anything. (I moved to Texas), they changed my address and it took weeks for it to get to me because they added the wrong zip code to the address change. Then two cards later, arriving weeks later and then a third that came directly from the bank in Aliquippa, that should have come to me in the first place, in three days. (all done by Gina Huntington, CEO). This is the first time I was turned into the Credit Bureau, due to them having to add $50 onto my credit card, but made to go over my approved amount. Then closing my accounts another negative on my Credit Bureau because they did not cancel the account as requested. The second time being flagged by the Credit Bureau. I was charged a -$5 on my savings account and was asked to put money in the account and it should have been closed. Never an apology from Gina, but from her staff, they were all beyond helpful. The head of the ship however, hung up on me (twice), both times, instead of saying, I am sorry. Extremely bad service from the top, her staff has a 5 star rating and I am grateful for all of them. Thank you for all of your support and help, to the staff of A&S Federal Credit Union. I have never given a bad review in my 62 years of age, was taught if you did not have something nice to say keep it to yourself. But this is hitting me in a place I am trying to build, my credit and I take it very personally and seriously.

I have had the best experience, the best customer service, the best overall banking with a N S. I will be a member for ever thank you to Tony, and all of the employees at Ian, as you have really made a difficult situation with transitioning from one bank to another so much nicer. Thank you.

The last couple of times that I've walked in the bank, the young girl that works there was very rude! She has no customer service skills. I'm an operations manager at my job and I would never tolerate the way she handles her attitude with customers.
