Are the people that work in the bank are oftentimes friendly. It would seem this bank is in cahoots. With the card fees you would obtain by using other non friendly federal credit union Atms. As the friendly federal credit union atm's NEVER have any cash in them or rarely ever function properly. I MEAN, THE ATM MACHINE AT FRIENDLY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION IS LIKE THE MCDONALD'S MILKSHAKE MACHINE. you can't guarantee that it's gonna be working or that it's going to actually perform like it's supposed to.

Terrible service. Atms don't work. They take your money without asking or when you already have scheduled payments. Katie is the rudest worker. Terrible workers who are not knowledgeable and don't answer simple questions. Treat you like less than a human. Won't be surprised when this credit union closes. Been here for years when no improvements, only more issues on their part

And I didn’t even get to refinance..I closed my account and went to clear view…. Will never recommend this credit union to anyone ever ❗️the whole bank is trash Aliquippa branch

New To this credit union so far It seems really good. Everyone’s very nice everything is very easy simple set up yet very up to date technology. Offering a brick and mortar credit unions as well as online banking. It’s took me less than 15 minutes to open my savings and checking accounts there were no hoops to jump through, no hidden fees or monthly fees & no fine print.
