This bank is one of the worse banks I ever dealt with. 20 years later they still have ridiculous functions. They will literally manually push payments past due dates and mess up you whole account with overdrafts. I barely use this bank and keep all my money elsewhere because of this. They will literally let a random payment push. Before a ach payment and, purposely cause an overdraft on your account, Days later…. I currently got my lawyer involved because they told me they only reversed one overdraft a lifetime, I been with them over 20 years. It’s disgusting and unethical. I hope my lawyer is able to figure something out because how they operate is truly not for their customers or for the people at all!! Hopefully people begin to notice. Not to mention how old and outdated everything is still.

This is my credit union for 23 yrs & counting. They believed in my credit worthiness for my family when I had no expectation of it; a blessing during a bleak time. It made all the difference & I never forget that. I remain an advocate for credit unions in general- they get to know you & they care! Thank you.

This bank has extreme unethical practices. They manually remove money from your account if they feel there is just cause against their contracts. For instance - today they manually removed a car payment from our account. Today is the 9th and the “due date” was the 4th. Due to pay periods it would have been paid on the 11th. That is well within the 15 day grace period. Instead Diane Horvath VP authorized and removed the funds. This is not the first time they’ve done something unethical and in the past have had to return funds. BEWARE they are very old school and very, wet behind the times. You’d be better off with your money under your mattress!
