Don’t get an auto loan through them. They truly do not care. Do not reply to this comment that you do. They force place insurance on your auto loan for a period of time that has already passed and it cost me over a thousand dollars. For 3 months. They raised my monthly payment 37%! I did have insurance, my car was insured when I drove it off the lot, but apparently wasn’t up to their standards. This is also not a leased vehicle. They raised my payment $150 a month. I’d never ever deal with them again. It’s a total scam and no one cares. Save yourself the time, money and frustration. Do not use this credit union. Truly disgusted and if I could give 0 stars, I would.

I’ve been coming to this bank for 15 years, and one of the reasons I keep banking here is because of an employee named Greg Mollo. He has given me great customer service and handles my transactions above and beyond my expectations! Highly recommended!

Was pleasantly surprised by the changes...changes I say are for the better. As a senior citizen, it will take some getting used to the latest technological advances. Keep up the good work. Was nice to encounter a friendly teller.

I have been a member of PFCU for almost 40 years and have never been anything but pleased and satisfied with the credit union, its services and staff. I hope to be a member for another 20+ years (I'm 71). Thanks for being a presence in the Lehigh Valley!
