I have been banking with ARC for a couple years now! I love all of their staff in the altoona location! The bank tellers are always friendly and Heidi Krumenacker especially! She has been so helpful with anything I have questions with or need assistance with! She always answers my emails in a timely manner and goes above and beyond! Highly recommend working with her for all banking needs!

ARC is a wonderful hometown banking solution. I have worked closely with the business lending department in particular for a few years now. Heidi & Mike have gone above and beyond to help & guide me through my small business journey. A personalized small bank feel, that truly makes a huge impact. I will continue to do business with ARC for years to come.

Tracy Wilkins is a wonderful person to talk to and do business with. The people at the credit union are very nice if you need competitive banking stop and join the credit union for $5. Highly recommended and very knowledgeable people who are compassionate about what they do!

Looking into my ARC mobile app, I realized that my temp password that was sent to me had never been activated prior and it was already passed 4:30 pm..I had called Member Services and Haley said " No problem, I can get you the bank account information that you are requesting.." After answering the required ID questions, Haley helped me very proficiently , politely, as well as precisely and timely...she deserves to be commended for her outstanding and caring customer service..! Very pleased..Mr. Ray H. ....thank you ARC FCU!!

I have been coming here for years. Today the teller refused this bill (there's a tear in the middle right if you look closely). She told me it's illegal for a bank to exchange ripped bills (I had to remind her that she works for a credit union and she had no clue what I was talking about). After telling her she's wrong, she claimed it was something just passed last month. I pulled it up on my phone, and she said "oh yeah it's actually just our new policy."
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
