This place has changed. I used to feel valued by the staff. I suppose the ladies from the old old days when it was Altoona Conrail Federal Credit Union are mostly gone now. Very sad that they no longer value customers the way they used to. Putting a 10 day hold on a retirement check deposited from a major bank is no way to treat a customer who has been with you for nearly 50 years.

When holidays and special days are coming up, the take the time to put on their site that hours may differ. Instead of taking the time to put this on the site, can't they just change their hours for that day on their site? That way myself and others aren't wasting time calling to see what their hours are for that day.
