I have to commend Heather S. at the Aston branch of Sun East! I had A LOT of detailed work that needed to be taken care of and her efficiency, job knowledge, and friendly demeanor made the whole process WAYYYYY easier than it might have been. “Hey upper management at Sun East, don’t let her get away! She’s awesome!!”

Heather S. helped us get started at Sun East. She was great! She was pleasant, kind, courteous, welcoming, accommodating and professional. I would recommend her to any new member.

I don’t normally write reviews but I was in the area today and typically go to my home branch in Nottingham. I wanted to just grab a sheet of temporary starter checks which i normally do at the teller line in nottingham. They wanted me to sit down and wait for a personal banker for a 2-5 minute teller transaction for a sheet of starter checks, i sat and waited longer than the transaction would’ve taken, went to the teller line and the teller said they can do them there but she doesn’t know how, I don’t blame the teller and i also feel bad for her because when new people get hired they should have someone next to them training until they’re fully confident. she was really nice though, the lady and the man up front had no idea what i was asking for when i wanted a sheet of starter checks.

I went in to the Aston branch to get a new debit card. Paulita Payne was so sweet and helpful. I usually dread going into the bank, but I loved her happy smiling face!

I went to the Acton branch and had two amazing tellers. I work in the medical field and good customer service is very hard to find these days. They were wonderful. They are an asset to your company. I feel customer service has really been lacking, but these two went above and beyond . you’re lucky to have such dedicated and caring employees. I want to give a shout out to Sandra and Ms. Daniella .
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
