Got an auto loan through them and by default had to have a checking account. Dealer negotiated best rate or I'd never have been a customer. Paid the loan off early and they made the final payment and closing the account a huge hassle. First, the website says I can't make the final payment online despite making every other payment that way. Have to call. Agent tells me I have to pay over the phone for a $10 charge. No reason given. Or, I can transfer my funds to their internal checking account and pay that way at no charge. So I said lets do that, then close my account. Agent then says we'll charge you $10 to send you a check, when there is only $10 in the account. Sort of wanted to leave a cent in and make them pay for the stamp on principle. But I went into the branch to close the checking account when i was in town, and was told I was owed only $4. I asked why. They said because I had a negative $10 balance. Then why would I be owed $4? And how would I have a negative balance when I never used the account for a single thing aside from my being forced to make my final loan payment that way? I would never do business with them again just because they made paying them money an inconvenience. Sorry I paid off a 5 year loan in under a year, but the runaround just an unpleasant experience.

I went to this bank to open an account. I had in hand to deposit 2,000.00, the manager put the money in the machine to count, and then tells me the machine only counted 1,000.00. Somethings is definitely wrong.

They steal your money. They charge you for things you don’t know you’re being charged for. And any attempts at transferring money to an external account take 5 to 7 days. Never use these people. I tried to cancel my account and they charged me $10 to mail check to me for $50. They are charlatans.

Been banking here for many years. Acct was over drawn for a wk and my debit card, that I pay an annual fee for, was taken without notice. Never happened before. But since I had a disagreement about it with Melissa, she decided to take my debit card for 6months over an ego trip. Instead of being a bank teller, she wanted to pretend to be my mother. Never had any issues banking here before. Will be switching banks. Do not recommend banking here, especially if you want to make your own choices

Been banking here 30 years.Unfortunately they are stuck in the 90’s. I waited 6 days for a personal loan approval. I was told all the excuses. They are really busy, lost my ONLINE application ect, ect. I applied online at another lender at 9:45am and had the money in my account by 2pm THE SAME DAY @ a way better rate. Some great people work there who go out of their way to help the customer. But the loan dept? IDK. Not impressed.
