I've been a member of this credit union since Mr. Nedrow ran it out of his home office and my family has been involved since its inception. I've never really had any issues and there are great benefits of banking at a small, personalized, credit union. I just wish the hours wouldn't have changed. Although most of our banking happens electronically now, if one ever has to actually visit the building, 9:00 - 4:30 is most likely NOT convenient for anyone working human who doesn't work shifts. To whomever makes that decision, can we please entertain the thought of having a few hours outside the 9-5 time frame? Please!
