I left some money in an account to maintain the relationship with this credit union. Without notice, they took my account to zero from one quarter to the next with fees. I noticed immediately on my quarterly statement and contacted them. They claimed the fee terms were listed on the statement. I provided a photo to show no relevant terms existed. They then said to look on their website. I never authorized online banking for this account and a website can change at any time. Every other institution I've had a relationship with gives notice. It supports Clients across generations. I am not one to complain. Please feel free to check my review history. Hope I can help someone else save their money.

This bank will always be my favorite. Heather is amazing. She helped me so much with my first home loan years ago. They are so different from big corporate banks. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of working with Jim Martin of Movement Mortgage to obtain a loan to buy the home of my dreams. The optimistic expeditious manner that this company assisted me in the loan process made this experience seamless. Thanks Visionary for recommending them to me and for all your help in keeping my finances in order so that I could see this dream come true!

Terrible, when the new chips came they never sent a replacement card. I waited well over a month for a replacement card called them about it and the issue was never resolved. I cancelled my card and count my blessings ever since. The thing that bothered me the most is the tellers are rude there.

Great place to get a loan. Heather is so kind and she makes the process easy. I have had many loans with this bank throughout the years. They have great rates also.
