Made a CASH deposit into their ATM to my bank account. Two days later, not all of my money was in my account. I called my bank who told me that Susquehannna Valley had put it in as CHECK instead of cash, putting a hold on my funds for a week, thus making my car loan at risk for being late. I was told a quick email from Susquehanna would take care of it and release the funds. I called them for assistance with this, and I quickly was told "there is nothing we can do for you" once I told them I didn't have an account there. Pretty much a sorry for your luck attitude. It was THEIR mistake and they couldn't be bothered to rectify it. A business's character is most evident not by their successes, but how they fix their errors. Shameful.

SVFCU claimed they never received my check for an auto loan that was taken out of my account. A check in which they should have never received in the first place because the loan was already paid off in full a month prior. Records show it was cashed and but they claim they never received it. Yeah ok, so now i am getting the run around saying they never received it. Mind you it's been well over a month. if it wasn't received, how was it cashed?

Susquehanna Valley Credit Union does a Great job taking care of their members. They are always very helpful. My wife and I have been members for over 30 years. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

I have been a customer since 1988. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! They gave me helpful advice on setting up an IRA as well as purchasing my first home. I have never had a bad experience with this credit union.

You, I initially left a very very bad rating because of the upgrade to the system. Because I was not notified and did not have access to my account. It too the whole weekend for me to wait and from the 4th after the upgrade and until today and yesterday to get in touch with a live person to get help. But because I was not the only one having issues this is why my hold time was so long. But once I got access it was fine..but my frustration did cause me to open another account. Because things like this are very scary. I will keep my account with this branch. I will just split my income. The people were nice in helping which is why I choose to change the reviews. Sadly the staff couldn't help it..it wasn't their fault but they understood our frustration
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
