The entire staff is professional and courteous. I have many years in banking and the team in Chalfont is among the best. Back in the day I was VP of Retail Banking for one of Philadelphia’s largest banks with 107 branches. In all my experience MSDFCU is one of the finest.

We left big banks 20 years ago and will never look back. Merck Credit Union banking services have consistently exceeded expectations over the years. They've helped our family with refinancing home loan, car loan, taught our daughter financial literacy, and helped us set up an estate account. Not to mention the FREE services like coin counting (can't find those anymore!) and notaries. The entire staff provides excellent customer service every single time. I highly recommend them.

We've been MSCFCU bankers for decades. It's always a pleasure banking here. The only exception is the drive through. The representatives are all positioned with their backs away from the window thereby not recognizing the waiting patron. This can result in a lengthy wait time. Once recognized, however, the exchange is very pleasant and quick.
