This credit union is horrendous. The mobile app is terrible. You can never tell what is most current when you get into the app because they mess around with the balances and they make up their own rules to so they can take your monies. I authorized the credit union one time only to take $30 out of my account to put into my Visa after that they were putting in $30, $60, $90 and at one time $120 that I never authorized and they would not put it back into my account. The women working there constantly lie and are rude. I advise. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS CREDIT UNION!

I have been dealing with this credit union probably thirty years. I have only positive things to say. The staff is always so helpful and polite and friendly!!! They have helped me in so many ways... and continue to do so!

Actually glad my car got totalled so I don't have to deal with this credit union anymore. Making payments is difficult, ACH payments that are set up can't be viewed or edited since they're set up on a separate website which is very questionable. I feel like you should have to be logged for security reasons to set up payments.

The lady that works at the counter in the Collegeville office is always supremely nice on the phone and very efficient super friendly. The manager Carlin is always available to take care of any issue and they sincerely try to provide the best customer service they possibly can today’s crazy world. Thank you so much for doing a great job. Continue the good work.

My aunt has been coming here for years. Gave her a ride to this credit union today and had my battery die on me. Ty didn't hesitate to come out and help me jump start my car. I don't know what I would have done without him. Turns out the credit union isn't the only thing that's superior, so is the staff!
