Looking to join a credit union? DONT GO HERE! Just look at all the other one star reviews. Megan Davis and Kris leonberg are nothing but rude and disrespectful. If you wanna get talked to like your an idiot or wanna feel disrespected ask to speak to one of them seems to be the only thing they are good at!

This is regarding the loan my husband got through your bank for his vehicle. He paid the car off then shortly after we moved thought the title might have been misplaced. Low and behold we NEVER recieved the title. We went to AAA to pay to get a new title so we can get ride of the car. We were informed there that the bank never released its hold on the vehicle. The vehicle was never showed as being paid in full and still held in a lean. When we went to your bank the best you could do was give us a letter stating the bank was paid in full on such date and you don't know what happened or why you never contacted penn dot to release the vehicle to him. Your bank dropped the ball on this and now we have to deal with it. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. Might need to sue them to get the title for the car we already paid twice what it was worth. Get you loans literally anywhere else

After 20 years of being a customer I was denied access to my money because my drivers license was expired. Despite that they knew me and had my photo in their system. They kept my money. They will never have the opportunity to do this again as I have opened another account at another credit union.

This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been a member of. I’ve been a member for 13 years only because it’s my works credit union. I also had my mother join. She recently got had them take over a home equity loan which was the most painful process and took about 5 months. Nobody there seems to know what they’re doing. There is an issue with the loan of which there is an extra monthly charge that we have no idea why. She called last week and the teller didn’t know anything but assured her that someone would call her back the next day. One week later and nobody has called. This is the normal round around we get with this establishment. Mr “Owner” I assure YOU that all costs were relayed to me before signing. She was told exactly what the payments would be, it is shown on the paper work. The extra amount is not. It is my parents loan, I live in their house so it is directly connected to me. At no point did anyone explain that there would be an extra loan protection cost. As far as the whole process goes, we were aware of these “challenges”. There was more than one person working on this at once and some of the questions asked, they did not even know answers to. There is also incorrect information on the papers that were singed that were supposed to be corrected and sent another copy. Very poor communication. All she asked for was a simple explanation to figure out where to go from there, is it fair to have to wait weeks when your told you WILL be contacted the next day? Is that too high an expectation?? Instead of being passive aggressive toward me, you should be asking your staff why it takes weeks to get back to someone…

Been a member for years and was always pleased until this recent year . Members service has gone down horribly . My husband has had several fraud charges on his debt card non of his fault . His account was hacked several times by the same company . Every time he had to pay a 10 dollar fee to replace card . He asked the bank to block the company from being able to make further transactions . The last time was approx 2 mths ago . We have been waiting for a new debt card for 2 mths . We have reached out to the bank several times and we are always told they will send out a new card right away but today when i called i had them tell me that they are not going to issue him a new debit card . They will issue him a atm card only because hes had several fraud charges . This has to be the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard them say . I asked to talk to a manger she put me on hold and then got back on and said ill transfer you to manager and i got transferred right into voicemail . Im over it and will not be banking there any longer
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
