I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this bank. The assistant manager, Mickey, was unhelpful and unprofessional, and the situation only worsened when I escalated the issue to the manager, Chinu. Unfortunately, both individuals demonstrated a lack of concern for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to consider alternative banks, as the overall management here appears to share the same dismissive attitude.

I agree with other if I could post a zero I would. This branch and Members 1st are a complete disaster. I have several accounts and have been hit with fraud multiple times in a matter of weeks. My business accounts literally were drained to almost nothing. We got no good explanation, then extorted to pay extra for more "security" only to have our money stolen again more than once. Management could care less and you get bounced around to a bunch of low level people who have no clue what they are doing. Do not do business with this bank if you value your money and sanity, neither are safe. I'm completely beside myself a bank could operate this way and I’m disgusted.

If I had the option to give 0 I would do it. When my mom first opened her account, the staff allowed me to help translate for her over the phone, as she has limited English proficiency. However, when she returned for assistance, Sammy and one other female teller refused to let me translate for her over the phone and were very rude to myself and my mom. I am not one to write reviews but their behavior toward myself and my mom was very demeaning. Along with that they didn’t even seem to know how to properly request an interpreter. The lack of support for non-English speakers is unacceptable, and the inconsistency in their policies OR they choose to disrespect only added to our frustration. Very disappointing experience. I would avoid this branch at all cost.

I can't thank Tyler enough! He helped me so much with removing my teenager from a checking account to a savings! Tyler did it in no time flat and with ease. Made my job 1000% easier! My teen thought it was ok to keep overdrafting his checking and making it go on my credit score. Tyler stopped that but yet still let my teen have a bank account. Thank you for your patience and helping a mom not pull anymore hair out! Btw - Camp Hill branch couldn't help me with this...

One star because there is no option to give zero. Upon my wife passing in May of 2023, without notice, Members 1st stopped the auto draft for my car payment - so I "missed" the June payment. Apparently the IRS or someone (I could never get a clear answer) notified them of her death and they unilaterally dropped the loan auto draft on our "joint" account, which in their world, was no longer a joint account because she died. The ensuing bureaucracy and frustrations that I needed to deal with at the time, while simultaneously grieving, was unnecessary. I had to close the joint account, reopen an account solely in my name and have the loan transferred to the new account. All will in the early stages of grieving and funeral preparations. I recently chose to refinance the auto loan out of Members. A payoff check, exceeding the balance due, was sent on the 5th of June. The check cleared, the car was "paid off" with Members. On the 16th of this month, their system auto drafted the monthly payment amount anyway, over drawing my checking account with my primary financial institution. I was told that I needed to "go in to the online banking and physically stop the auto draft, despite the loan no longer existing. Today, in pursuit of the payment that was due back to me, I was told that next month "it shouldn't" auto-draft from my primary financial institution. Very comforting. Choose wisely. You "shouldn't" have any problems doing business with Members 1st>
