I really recommend Banking here,I used my ATM card at Sheetz on the West side and ended up on the East side in the parking lot usually I'm good with my card, the Credit Union called me so about it thankfully no one used it so they have to issue me a new card. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

If I could give negative stars I would. This is the absolutely worst financial institution I’ve ever dealt with. They hold deposits for seven days. Electronic transfers take five days. Electronic!!

I had a previous auto loan through this credit union and I was happy with the rate and payments. I paid over my minimum payment amount and always early. I traded in that vehicle and when I applied for a new auto loan I got denied. They denied me for some reason that was not disclosed to me. I ended up going with a different company to finance this car but I have a really high interest rate. So I’ve been paying that payment for 9 months now and I went to discuss the option to refinance with Erie federal credit union and they told me they would more than likely be able to get a better rate. Turns out I get denied AGAIN. With no reason explaining why. So now I am screwed with my interest rate due to the fact that if I wanted to switch to a different bank, I would have to pay almost 10k to refinance due to the depreciation in value. I was told by my personal bank that there was ZERO reason you guys couldnt finance me in the first place because my debt to income is not that high. Thank you Erie federal credit union for denying me in the first place and now I have NO hope for getting a lower interest rate. You guys have some nerve playing with people finances and I hope that this review will save someone from getting screwed over by this hellhole “establishment”.
