I enjoy my banking experience at TruMark Chestnut Hill branch. The staff is pleasant, even if I visit other branches. They have a variety of options and locations. Their rates are pretty good. The staff is knowledgeable as well. They cater to the customers with giveaways. And treats Which is a nice personal touch. The only setback is you have to wait a long time on the phone to get a live representative.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience here. The assistant vice president disappeared on us. We paid them $4000+ for a commercial real estate appraisal and never received a copy of it. They gave us a term sheet in the beginning and then essentially rejected or lost our application. We can’t get ahold of anyone. We ended up refinancing with a much better credit union and have already made settlement. I guess it was a blessing in disguise.

I love doing banking business with TruMark because their reps made everything simple and easy for me to understand. They are polite, pleasant and very helpful. I love the most about TruMark is that the interest on any savings is higher than the other banks out there. Their loans are lower on interest comparing with other’s banks. I’m grateful to have TruMark for all my banking needs.

I have been with Trumark when it was named Telco @ 45 years. They have always been helpful. No interest and fees on checking my acct. are the reasons I have stayed with Trumark for so long.
