No problems at all. I've been doing business with belco for over 10 years now and I've been happy with the service ,loan flexibility and the interest is very low. They have the same rules as any other bank account with some programs that may or may not be useful to you. I suggest you ask important questions and make sure you understand your account and choose wisely to fit your life style and make choices that are right for you and you won't have too many problems.

Once I met Andrea, I couldn't switch over fast enough. Her knowledge and care for clients is amazing! Very, very glad I switched to Belco.

We’ve both been members for many years. For one of our recurring bills, we had it set up so that I transfer a monthly amount from my partner’s account into mine. She chose not to see any of my accounts—just to allow the transfer from hers to mine. That arrangement was set up correctly years ago. Recently, though, she noticed something alarming: her online access had changed so that she could now see all of my accounts. Neither of us requested this- somehow, it was changed. Mistakes happen, but it’s unsettling—what if my account details had been exposed to a total stranger? She was actually at the credit union when she found this out, and supposedly things were fixed. However, before the upcoming monthly transfer we discovered a new problem: now her account shows no connection to mine at all. The setup we had in place for years is just… gone. And of course, the payment is due on the 1st—which also happens to be a holiday. I can cover it from my account this time, but this kind of mishandling is not what you expect from a financial institution. At this point, I’m honestly wondering what will go wrong next. Maybe it’s time to start looking into another credit union.

I love belco they flag you immediately on false websites and u can always get your money back if there was fraud but they offer lots of different things for your account. I have no issue with belco I have been with them for years and no issues
