horrible bank. it's completely insecure, you can do almost nothing online, and you're always waiting when you do call. I went to pay my credit card and couldn't log in so I went to call and pay it and I no lie got asked if I had the money to pay on it by the person who answered. completely unprofessional and does NOT deserve your money. on a side note, they also have ads in their banking app, and I saw that most of their reviews on Google play on their app are done by bots, they all say the same thing and have similar names with no profile picture. really damn shady for a financial institution

For 14 years, I have only positive financial dealings with Theresa and Michelle from the Credit Union, on Derry St., in Harrisburg, PA 17111. I have received at least 4 loans, one including my first car loan, and I feel very welcome whenever I visit. This Credit Union, across the street from the Swatara Post Office in Lawnton, Swatara Township, is my hub where I know my money is safe. I am a loyal member and customer for 14 years, and my membership shall continue. Knowing that Theresa and Michelle are in management at this location, I know my account is in good hands.
