Best bank in the world to have a loan with. Sure, the app can be much improved, but every time I’ve applied for a loan, the process has been straightforward and efficient. And they always give me the best rates vs the market rates. If I ever apply for another loan, it’ll sure be with PSECU.

I have been a member of PSECU since 1992, but now I’m done. The final straw was difficulty depositing a check w mobile deposit (I live in California now). In addition to continued denial of my check w no explanation, I called-in. I asked to be elevated to a manager and was disconnected. No call back, because they don’t value their members anymore. Please note this was a check from State Farm and nothing shady. After 32 years they’re going to do me dirty and not even return my call? That’s what you can expect from PSECU these days.

If I could give less than 1 stars I would. Denied dispute for a Cashapp transaction gone wrong even after nearly a decade as a customer and likely thousands in profit from direct deposits, interests, interchange fees, etc. Cherry on top was the worst customer service phone call I've ever experienced in which I was talked down to and later hung up on. I'll be transferring my funds and changing my direct deposit immediately.

Ah yes, Another year. Another running my credit report without my authorization. Another year of reducing my credit card balance because I refuse to bank with them anymore - thus messing with my credit even more. Can't wait to pay off this card and then be totally DONE with them. What a horrible company. Editing to add: If the other reviews here are true, DO NOT be putting your money into this institution! If they are asking for 2 months of paystubs and 2 years of tax returns and a signed letter?!?!?!? from an employer just to get a regular personal loan and you are over the age of 30? That means they do not have the capital on hand to service that loan, nor do they have the insurance to cover anyone's holdings if that loan ends in default. That definitely insinuates that this "bank" isn't stable, and its not worth the risk of doing business with them in this unstable economy.

The phone system to make a payment is so terrible that it's enough to make me wish I never agreed to use this bank. I have never dealt with an automated system so incompetent in my entire life
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
