Never have I ever went into a bank or spoke to sales associate from a bank over the phone and dealt with such rudeness. All I asked for was help for my banking online. The person first person I was talking to, was not listening to anything that I was saying, she was over talking me. Another lady was very loud and absolutely Obnoxious I will not keep an account here. I will be going there tomorrow to close my account. Looking at some of the reviews that I see on this page shows that they have a good reputation. I expected better.

The staff that work here treat you like family. Several times over the 30 years I have been a member, the staff has stepped up and helped me with anything that came their way. Tracy especially has gone above and beyond. She has gone so far as to even help me during the weekend. I could not recommend this institution enough.

I see now why people are asked to write positives review, after being a satisfied customer for about 10 years, the minute I filed bankruptcy they recieved the notice on /or around July 15 2025 they were still withdrawing my loan payments in August and my payment was $209 and $100 for a credit card it was being charged $503. With ni explanation on where the rest of the overcharged money was going , it took my lawyer to call them to refund me the money but the only refunded $189 there was a $20. Withdraw from credit karma and they regardless that ck returned the $20. I was still charged $25. Overdraft fee and still to this day 5 of September 2025 they are still charging interest on the loan the was in my bankruptcy, I will check and see if this is illegal, the same way they said that they never received the bankrupt notice, what shame after a good relationship while they were receiving my direct deposits but that relationship deteriorated afterthought bankruptcy filing

Excellent customer service- Dedicated to service and VERY professional. Tracy Carey is top notch! I have been a customer for over 20 years. RATES ALWAYS BEAT EVERY OTHER BANK!

I have been a member for Highway Federal Credit Union for over 20 yrs and the service is second to none. The staff is simply the best I would not bank anywhere else.
