The Best of the Best !!!!!! You are treated with respect here & they go out of their way to help you meet your goals and truly make you happy. Each employee including the loan dept(John & Patti were amazing 🙂) are all are so very friendly & go the extra mile without hesitation...(example) 9/5/24 I lost my debit card & I was very worried because I have automatic deductions I don't want to get returned fees possible bad marks due to a payment not going through. They assured me all will be okay & instead of waiting the typical period for a new card to be mailed & a fee for replacement they waived I'm getting my new card tomorrow I still can't believe it TOMORROW... They were right everything's going to be okay !!!!! Because they made it okay!! Thank you ECFCU you truly have the best employees!!!!!!! 💗

Excellent hometown credit union, with the ability to beat the big players in the credit union and bank markets. Check them out if you are looking for any banking or financial needs! The team there is friendly and easy to work with. I've worked on a few financial projects with Eric and he's made the loan process simple and has always helped to make sure we were informed of all options to make the best decision.

Needed some help with loan payoff notarization while in AZ. The team was very helpful, especially Rick who went out of his way to get it done for me in a very quick manner. You don't get that kind of service at the big banks.

Banked here for over 20 years. It used to be a great experience with no issues until it was opened to the public. Nothing but hassle, over regulation, absurd policies, and incompetence. Holds on every check deposited, money withdrawn from accounts for credit card days prior to due date, the list goes on. Won't be a customer for much longer and neither will multiple family members for the same reasons. Starting to feel more like a criminal than a customer with these folks.

While i do wish they had better hours for people that work the same hours they do and that their online system was more up to date, they are friendly and helpful, i go to them for any loan I need. I am giving 3 stars only because they should update their systems and be open more than they are.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
