For the past couple of years this credit union has been trying to sabotage not only myself but other members of my family by depositing other credit union members money into our accounts, this is the latest issue they have created, then had the nerve to act like it was our fault but they manually put that money in the wrong account!!! When money would be deposited they have put the money in the wrong accounts or payments on the wrong accounts after they would be given written notes with instructions, now in my mind if I give you written instructions and you still do what I ask wrong then your doing it intentionally, just retaliation… They have made racial comments or gestures regarding us and other credit union members of color that were made by the credit unions own manager Erin S and other credit union staff!!! I do not recommend any of color banking with these people let alone anyone else!!!

Worst experience I've every had with financial customer service, was scammed from someone that uses their Union, I called only to make them aware of the individual that got me, and the lady on the phone basically dismissed everything and didn't even care, I get it if there's not much you can do but if that's the case make that transparent to me the caller I spoke with Olivia from the 111 branch and she was useless and very dismissive. It's clear that these guys prioritize the lack of empathy and inconsideration. Not asking for much except closure.

If you have never been to this location before, good luck. No signage at all! Not one single sign on the building or inside the entrance, nothing in the elevator or even when you get to the second floor. You have to wonder around until you find it. The elevator is dark and sketchy. Seriously how about a few signs????

Always so helpful! Everyone I've talked to has been very knowledgable (and I usually have a lot of dumb questions). The kindness is always appreciated.
