Reliance Federal Credit Union has been consistently solid. You get real people that truly care. Staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and actually follows through. Doug and his staff are amazing and stood by us when we recently had an issue with fraudulent activity. They really went the extra mile to make sure we were protected. Accounts are straightforward. Online banking works without issue. When you need help, you get it without being bounced around. If you want a local credit union that does the basics well and treats you like a member, not a number, Reliance Federal Credit Union delivers 100%

Great credit union! While I first started with Reliance FCU for a car loan (which was extremely quick and easy), I then went to them for a large HELOC and encountered a swift, friendly, and efficient process. Everyone I deal with is pleasant, I've had a chance to speak with & meet Doug the CEO on multiple occasions and plan on giving them more of my business in the future. I have also referred them to several friends of mine. A+++ customer service! Highly recommend!
