Lanco FCU was awesome when I needed to replace my car in 2020. I got an auto loan within a week and picked up my new car the next day. I paid it off a few months ago and received my title from PennDOT in a timely fashion. My whole experience was smooth and would most definitely recommend Lanco. They also have an awesome Kasasa checking account program. I receive cash back each month in my account just for doing what I would do anyhow. I love getting the extra money deposited in my account each month.

What a decline! I’ve never seen an establishment go downhill like this one. The service I received in the past at Lanco was fantastic! Now, no one answers the phone or gets back to you. AND no one in management seems to care . Do your jobs!!!!!!!

Lanco Federal Credit Union Roseville Branch has been wonderful to work with. The staff are friendly, patient, and always willing to help with any questions. They make banking simple and stress free, and I really appreciate the personal attention they give every time I visit.

Current customer for many years. Can't seem to get ahold of any one especially in the commercial lending division. Terrible customer service. Taking business elsewhere.

Last year we decided to use Lanco as our vehicle for investment. Fortunately we worked with Lauren Slesser. Today time to review our plan led us back to Lauren. Once again our time with her was outstanding . Thank you Lanco for having such a very competent manager..
