Not too many problems. Don't like that their is a card replacement fee, when it was their card that gave me problems

The teller help me with my card problem and I signed up for a credit card; both people were really helpful. Thank you.

This place has terrible customer service, they treat customers like numbers & not customers. There is always a hour wait to see a banker & they are super unfriendly. I just moved a $30K CD to JBT. Harrison in the Robesonia branch is very knowledgeable & treated me like a customer & not a # like Lebanon Federal Credit Union. I will be in next month to close out my 2nd & final CD with this nightmare from hell. Don't waste your time or money at this dump.

I had an excellent experience at the LFCU, thanks to Braden, a wonderful bank teller. He was very friendly yet professional with the way he swiftly worked through a busy line. Braden made me remember why I am a proud member of LFCU.

My wife and I went to the Lebanon branch to discuss the 3 accounts we’ve had with the credit union for many years including a business account. We were hoping to discuss a long to continue our business relationship- however we directed to meet with Cathy. I would love to preface this with- our teller was AMAZING, polite and efficient. Back to Cathy- in addition to pronouncing the b in debt, she was sure to provide the least friendly service. Didn’t introduce herself, say her name- provided snarky responses for questions in regards to an insurance policy that their bank promotes. Needless to say we closed all our accounts that moment and decided to move on. If you’re looking to discuss your money at such a time where everyone RIGHTFULLY has questions and may require a touch more… idk compassion? Respect? Gratitude? Or just plain speaking to someone that may not seem to hate their job- this isn’t the place for you and I’d suggest you take your business elsewhere.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
