It's just a suggestion. I understand that it's snowing and that's why you want to close earlier, but please update the information on Google so we don't get the surprise of finding you closed. My time is valuable too.

I had an unexpected situation with my checking account. Elizabeth was diligent in giving me assistance based on my own situation not a one-size fits all response.

Worst credit union to deal with! They take you through loops to do anything. Then you think your issue is resolved and it was never resolved. I called about a month ago to close my account and Yvonne was the one who helped me however after a whole month went by I called back because I haven’t received my money and apparently Yvonne never closed my account! This wasn’t the first time this has happened to me either. I had an auto loan with then and it was the same crap! Then they are going to guilt trip you into closing the account, honestly the WORST credit union I have ever been with! If you are thinking about signing with them, I would think twice before pulling the plug because they are absolutely terrible to deal with!

This is my first time visiting this location. It was a little hard to locate it when I was driving, especially in the center of Allentown. They have a parking lot with plenty of room. After entering the building, their staff treated me very well and warmly. They were also super friendly and professional. My banker was very supportive; she was nice, sweet, and tried her best to support me. I will definitely return to this location.

Came in to use the coin machine, after a quick fix, I was able to seamlessly deposit $$$. The teller was kind enough to listen to the disrespectful treatment I experienced at another financial institution. She also gave me pre-completed forms to switch my monthly pension and social security deposits to 1st Commonwealth.
Weekdays 9am–4pm typically have the shortest wait times for new member inquiries.
