Overall a great bank but anytime I make a purchase, whether on my debit or credit card, it takes 2-3 business days to show up so whatever ammout my account is showing is never accurate and it's quite frustrating. Also not a huge fan of the fact that they close at noon on Wednesdays. it's just like any other work day so why close early in the middle of the week?

If you want a brick and mortar bank with a small town feel, this is probably a good choice. Most of the staff is nice… However, the online banking isn’t in real time and feels rather archaic, there’s no mobile check deposit, and the text alerts…lol. I haven’t gotten a text alert in literally months.

The tellers and loan officers are very friendly. They greet me with a smile. They know me by name and ask how my family is doing.
